Tiger’s Nest Monastery: A sacred Buddhist site located in Paro Valley; it is one of the most iconic landmarks in Bhutan.
Punakha Dzong: A beautiful fortress located at the confluence of two rivers, it is one of the most impressive dzongs ion Bhutan.
Buddha Dordenma Statue: A massive statue of Buddha located in Thimpu, it is one of the largest statues of Buddha in the world.
Phobjikha Valley: A picturesque valley located in central Bhutan; it is home to the endangered black-necked cranes.
Chele La Pass: A scenic mountain pass located between Haa and Paro valleys, it offers stunning views of the Himalayas.

The best time to visit Bhutan is during the spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) seasons. During these months, the weather is pleasant, and the skies are clear, making it ideal for sightseeing and trekking. However, if you want to witness the Black-necked Crane Festival, which is held in Phobjikha Valley every year in November, then autumn is the best time to visit.

The temperature ranges from 10 degree Celsius to 25 degrees Celsius during the day and drops to 5 degrees Celsius to 15 degrees Celsius at night. So, keep it in mind that weather can be unpredictable in Bhutan, so it’s always a good idea to check the weather forecast before planning your trip. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to explore for.
