Indians can now travel to these countries without visa including Malaysia

Travelling globally and exploring new places is mostly everyone’s dream. For the Indian passport holders it is now a reality to travel without visa to other countries as well.

According to a recent announcement by the Malaysian Prime Minister, Anwar Ibrahim, Indian citizens can now travel to Malaysia without a visa. This new rule is already implemented from December 1, 2023, and will allow Indian travelers to stay up to 30 days without a visa.

In addition to Malaysia, Indian passport holders can also travel to 29 other countries without a visa. These countries include Albania, Barbados, Bhutan, British Virgin Islands, Cook Islands, Dominica, Oman, Qatar, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, Vanuatu, Haiti, Kazakhstan, Macao, Nepal, Grenada, Jamaica, Mauritius and more...

India has improved relations globally who are now offering visa-free travel for the country’s residents. With the latest addition of Malaysia and Thailand offering visa-free access to Indian residents, an agreement of cultural trade has been laid out between the nations. India’s passport ranks 80th according to the recent Henley Passport Index 2023 and presently, Indians can venture out to 57 locations totally without visas on arrival plans.
