Ba Na Hills

Ba Na Hills is a huge leisure and resort complex in Vietnam and a part of Sun World Amusement Park Group and over 20 km away from downtown Danang. Formerly a popular vacation spot of the French, complete with villas and a resort. With a height of 1,487 m above sea level, Sun World Ba Na Hills is also known as "heaven on earth" due to its wonderful climate and unreal natural scene. Families visiting Danang with kids should certainly visit, as its many activities and amusements will keep children happy. But friend groups or solo travellers will also enjoy going. Just go to Sun World Ba Na Hills and enjoy the typical four seasons in just one day, plenty of events, activities, entertainment, and cuisines. The Ba Na Hills designers chose to rebuild a French village in the mountains, and they prevailed, with painted spots around every bend. Stroll through Le Jardin colourful flower gardens or stroll the twisting pathways to find stunning vistas of the valley. Don't be surprised if you run into mimes and fairytale princes and princesses strolling the grounds. Developed as a French resort town in 1919, Ba Na Hills today receives tourists from all around the globe. One of the thrills is arriving there, where you ride up the side of the mountains in a large cable car with the sea in the background and cascading waterfalls and forests in the foreground. Since the temperature at Ba Na Hills is always cool and comfortable, it's the ideal getaway in summer but lovely at any season. This theme park is a favourite day excursion from Da Nang coastal city, roughly a 45-minute drive.
