Day 2 Kalimpong Local Sightseeing - Early morning breakfast and start the day for sightseeing - Kalimpong weather is milder and pleasant for most part of the year - Kalimpong offers monasteries, temples, tourist complexes, heritage buildings, parks, flower nurseries, heritage schools, charitable institutes - Start with ZangDhokPalri or Durbin Monastery – Army Golf Course - Nursery - Dr Grahams Home (school with high standard of education) etc - One can spend 02 - 03 hours in Kalimpong and enjoy the lunch at any of the restaurant like Orchid, etc and back to hotel – Heritage buildings are Gouripur House and Morgan House, etc - Evening free to stroll around Kalimpong bazaar for shopping of handicrafts and relics - Overnight stay at Kalimpong

Day 3 Lava Excursion – Early morning breakfast – Next drive to Lava - Lava is roughly 32 kilometers from Kalimpong - Lava and Loleygaon are two quaint mountain hamlets and surrounded by Neora Valley National Park - Altitude of Lava is 7700 feet while Loleygaon (Kaffer) is at 5500 feet - They are 22 kilometers apart - Of late Lolaygaon roads are bad hence the excursion is limited to Lava only - Lava is a small hamlet situated 34 kilometres i.e.21 miles east of the town of Kalimpong - Lava is situated at an altitude of 7,016 feet i.e. 2138 meters - It is one of the few places in West Bengal to receive snow in winter and is the entry point to the Neora Valley National Park from Kalimpong - The route to Lava is scenic with the change in vegetation from tropical deciduous to the wet alpine trees of fir, pine and birch - Its known trekking and bird-watching - Visit to JamgyongKongtrul Monastery – Back to Kalimpong - Evening free to stroll around Kalimpong bazaar for shopping of handicrafts and relics - Overnight stay at Kalimpong

Day 6 Excursion to Mirik – Early morning breakfast – Next start for the 32 kilometers drive via Nepal border to Mirik – It’s minimum two hours’ drive - Mirik is a quiet town between Siliguri and Darjeeling - It is known for its secluded charm, Beautiful Tea Gardens, Samendu Lake, Orange Orchards, Cardamom Plantation and its pleasant Climate - The drive is scenic and so is the place both attracts tourist in hordes – Halt at Seemana for view for viewing of Mount Kanchendzonga - Activity like boating in the lake is also in the card for guest - On the way one can visit Pashupati Market in Nepal – It’s a small market in Nepal - Drive back to Darjeeling nearly 32 kilometers and 1 ½ - 2 hour’s drive - Back to Hotel – Late evening free to stroll around Mall or visit some of the pub, Eateries, studio or bakery with cafeteria – Night halt at Darjeeling
